Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://cherymaids.com website (the “Service”) operated by Chery Maids, LLC (“Chery Maids”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chery Maids, LLC and its licensors.

Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Chery Maids, LLC.

Chery Maids, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Chery Maids, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Service Options

Chery Maids offers a variety of service options including Premium Deep Cleaning, Standard or Express Cleaning, and Move-in/Move-out Cleaning.

Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process Clients must schedule bookings at least one week in advance, subject to availability. Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email, with a confirmation sent upon booking. The condition of the property may affect final service charges.

Rescheduling and Cancellations Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a $50 fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 fee, while cancellations within four (4) hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Unpaid sums over 30 days will accrue interest at 15% per month.

Skipping a Recurring Cleaning If a weekly cleaning is skipped or postponed within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a $25 fee will be incurred.

Access and Entry Clients must provide clear entry instructions and ensure pets are secured.

Inaccessible Properties If our team arrives at the property and cannot access the property, resulting in our inability to clean the property, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee Clients must report issues within 24 hours to qualify for a free re-clean.

Special Requests and Prioritization Special requests must be informed at the time of booking. The satisfaction guarantee is void if service is time-capped or if pets or individuals access the home post-cleaning.

Additional Terms Clients must notify Chery Maids 24 hours in advance of any special cleaning methods or products required.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods Payment is due upon completion of service unless arranged otherwise. Accepted methods include credit or debit cards.

Late Payments Late payments will incur a 15% monthly fee on outstanding balances. Services will be suspended until overdue accounts are settled.

Refunds Refunds are not provided. Re-clean requests must be submitted within the 24 hour stipulated time frame.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy Clients must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time to avoid a $50 fee. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Recurring service cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a charge equivalent to one cleaning.

Refunds Refunds are not provided, but re-cleans are available if requested within 24 hours.

Emergency Cancellations In the case of uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather, communicable diseases, etc. either party may reschedule without penalty.

Right to Refuse Service Chery Maids reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns or severe clutter. A cancellation fee may apply in such cases.

Access Issues Lockout fees of 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply if our team arrives and is unable to access the property in order to complete the service.

Client Obligations

Access to Property Clients must provide clear instructions for accessing the property and ensure pets are secured. Special instructions regarding pets must be communicated in advance.

Preparation for Cleaning Clients are responsible for tidying up areas to be cleaned. Additional fees may apply if significant decluttering or organizing is required.

Valuables and Delicate Items Clients must notify Chery Maids of any fragile, delicate, or valuable items and surfaces that require special care or cleaning methods.

Utilities and Safe Environment Clients must ensure that water and electricity are available on the premises and provide a safe working environment free of hazards or obstructions.

Communication Clients must maintain up-to-date contact information and promptly respond to any communications from Chery Maids regarding scheduling or service issues.

Payment Clients must ensure that payment methods are current and sufficient funds are available. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cleaning Standards and Limitations

Standards of Service Chery Maids strives to provide high-quality cleaning services tailored to client needs. We follow a checklist for each cleaning service to ensure consistency and thoroughness in each cleaning visit.

Chery Maids adheres to high cleaning standards but does not provide services related to removing hazardous materials or biological waste. This includes, but is not limited to, animal waste, human waste, bodily fluids, blood, or any materials considered biohazards. If such conditions are present at the time of service, our cleaning team may refuse to perform the service, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Service Limitations Chery Maids does not clean hazardous areas or climb higher than a two-step ladder. Responsibility for fragile or valuable items requires prior arrangement. Outdoor cleaning services are not included unless agreed upon.

Post-Cleaning Inspection Clients should conduct a walk-through with our team post-cleaning to address any immediate concerns. Any issues should be reported within 24 hours to qualify for a re-clean at no additional charge.

Client’s Responsibilities Clients must secure valuables and ensure that electricity and water are available during the scheduled cleaning time. Client should also declutter and tidy up the areas to be cleaned. Excessive clutter may result in additional charges.

Damage and Liability

Accidental Damage Chery Maids will exercise reasonable care while cleaning your home. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, clients must notify us within 24 hours.  Failure to report damage promptly waives any claims. If damage occurs due to the fault of our team, we will repair, replace, or compensate for the item at our discretion.

Liability Limitations Chery Maids is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or delicate. Our team is insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on the day of damage.

Exclusions Chery Maids is not responsible for damages resulting from faulty and/or improper installation of items, unstable items, or items not properly secured.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection Chery Maids collects personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email for the purpose of providing cleaning services and communicating with clients. Payment information is collected through a secure payment processing platform for collecting service fees.

Use of Information Personal information is used to manage and fulfill service requests, improve our services, and communicate with clients regarding their appointments and any promotions.

Data Security Chery Maids implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Third-Party Sharing Chery Maids does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with third-party service providers for the sole purpose of assisting with our operations, such as payment processing and scheduling.

Client Rights Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting us directly or logging in to their secure client dashboard. Clients can also opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time.

Policy Updates This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Termination of Services

By the Client Clients may terminate services at any time by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled cleaning. Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

By Chery Maids Chery Maids reserves the right to terminate services at any time for reasons including but not limited to unsafe or unsanitary conditions, failure to pay for services, or repeated cancellations or rescheduling.

Final Payment Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid in full. Clients will receive an invoice for any services rendered up to the termination date.

No Refunds Termination of services does not entitle clients to refunds for any pre-paid services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided by Chery Maids shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own costs associated with dispute resolution, except as may be required by law or the arbitration agreement.

Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between Chery Maids and the client regarding the services provided and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Modifications to Terms

Right to Modify Chery Maids reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through an announcement on our website at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Client Acceptance Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients who do not agree to the new terms must notify Chery Maids to terminate services before the effective date of the changes.
