How does the service work?

When does my card get charged?
Your card will only be charged after the cleaning service has been completed. At the time of booking, we’ll only pre-authorize your card.
What areas do you service?
Do cleaners go through background checks?

What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens and schedules change. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 fee.
Cancellations made within four (4) hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Unpaid sums over 30 days will accrue interest at 15% per month.
Extreme Weather:
The safety of our team is important. If the temperature in Tampa, Florida, exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit and there's no electricity at the property, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We'll send you courtesy reminders by text and email 72 and 24 hours before your scheduled service in Tampa. To cancel or reschedule, you can call or text us at (813) 666-3630, visit your account at cherymaids.com or email us at clean@cherymaids.com.
Please remember your appointment details to avoid missed appointments and fees. Not receiving electronic notifications is not an excuse for missing an appointment.
