How does the service work?

What areas do you service?
We currently serve two markets: the greater Tampa Bay area, including cities like Brandon, Riverview, and Wesley Chapel, and the greater Nashville area, including cities like Brentwood, Franklin, and Murfreesboro. View our full list of service areas on each location page.
When does my card get charged?
Your card will only be charged after the cleaning service has been completed. At the time of booking, we’ll only pre-authorize your card.
Who will be cleaning my home?

Do cleaners go through background checks?
Absolutely! As part of our commitment to your safety (and peace of mind), we require all of our cleaners to go through rigorous background checks.

You bet! We take the health and safety of your family, including your little ones and furry friends, very seriously. That's why we prioritize using non-toxic and pet-friendly cleaning products in all of our cleanings.
If you have specific products that you'd like us to use in your home, please let us know prior to the start of the service and have the products accessible when we arrive.
What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?
We'll make it right. Let us know within 24 hours of your service, and we'll offer you our next available appointment to re-clean the areas you flag, free of charge.
We're closed Sundays and run limited teams on Saturdays, so a Friday service is usually re-cleaned on Monday. Please take one of the first slots we offer. If none work within three days, we'll still come, but we can't be responsible for dirt in other areas that have built up in the meantime.
Why the hurry? Dust and dirt come back fast in a home people are living in. The sooner we return, the easier it is to tell what we missed from what has accumulated since, which keeps the fix focused on our work.
Photos of the areas help. We'll also ask you to confirm no one, including pets, has been in the areas of the home that need to be re-cleaned.
Our standard remedy is a return visit rather than a refund. Where a re-clean isn't practical (if you've already moved out, for example), we'll work with you on a proportionate resolution.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens and schedules change. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling your appointment.

Extreme Weather & Utilities:
Our team's safety comes first. If a property has no electricity or working climate control and outdoor temperatures exceed 90°F, we may need to reschedule.
This comes up most often with move-in and move-out cleanings, where utilities are frequently shut off during a transition. Please confirm water, electricity, and A/C are on before your appointment.
If our team arrives and utilities aren't available, we'll wait up to 15 minutes. Beyond that we'll need to reschedule, and a fee of 50% of the service applies.
