Because the more accurate your selection, the better we can prepare—bringing the right number of cleaners, tools, and products to get the job done right the first time. This is not about judgement, it simply helps us give you the fairest price based on the time and effort required.
Below is a guide to help you understand our condition levels so you can confidently choose the one that best matches your home.
🟢 Well-Kept
What it means: Your home is regularly cleaned and maintained. There’s no clutter, and everything is generally organized. The main task is dusting hard-to-reach spots and light upkeep.
Who this is for:
You’ve had your home professionally cleaned within the last 30–60 days and it’s time for a refresh.
What we focus on:
- Light dusting and wiping of surfaces
- Polishing fixtures
- Touching up corners, baseboards, and hard-to-reach spots
🟡 Time for a Thorough Clean
What it means: Your home is mostly tidy, but you’ve noticed some dust bunnies, maybe a cobweb or two. Surfaces need some love, and there’s a little clutter here and there.
Who this is for:
You’ve had your home professionally cleaned within the last 60–90 days, but dust has settled and it’s time for a more thorough clean.
What we focus on:
- Thorough dusting of surfaces and corners
- Light scrubbing in bathrooms and kitchen
- General tidy-up and wipe-downs throughout
🟠 In Need of a Reset
What it means: Life’s been busy—no shame in that! There’s visible grease, grime, or buildup on surfaces and appliances. Some areas may be cluttered and dusty.
Who this is for:
You’ve had your home professionally cleaned, but it’s been more than 3 months and it’s showing. From high-traffic spots to hard-to-reach corners, your home needs some TLC.
What we focus on:
- Deeper scrubbing of kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Removing grease, grime, and soap scum
- Dusting and decluttering
🔴 Heavy Duty Deep
What it means: There’s heavy buildup in multiple areas—like grease in the kitchen, mildew in the bathroom, or stains on floors. There may be pet hair/dander, baseboard buildup, and clutter in most areas.
Who this is for:
You’ve never had your home professionally cleaned, OR it’s been over 6 months and there are stains, dust, buildup, and clutter in most rooms.
What we focus on:
- Intensive scrubbing and disinfecting
- Removing buildup from baseboards, grout, and high-touch areas
- Tackling strong odors, grime, and layers of dust
🚨 CODE Red
What it means: The home has been severely neglected and needs a full restorative clean. There may be thick layers of grime, strong odors, and/or substantial clutter.
Who this is for:
You’ve never had your home professionally cleaned OR it’s been more than a year—and you don’t know where to start with the clutter, grime, and dirt throughout.
What we focus on:
- Systematic room-by-room treatment
- Surface level mold/mildew removal and odor treatment
- Multiple scrubbing passes with industrial-grade products
- Sorting and clearing out cluttered areas
Final Note
Contact us if your home needs extra TLC beyond the CODE RED condition described above (ex. clearing out excessive clutter; cleaning debris from a space post-construction or renovation; etc.). Many of these services will require a custom quote for hourly cleaning.
Please note, if we arrive and your selected condition doesn’t match what we see, we’ll let you know and adjust the cost accordingly. It’s never about judgment—it’s about fairness and giving you the best service possible.
